| Medico knows what works and what doesn't work. The people that make up Medico have over seventy-five years of combined management, health care and technical experience. We evaluate each practice by analyzing its staff, physicians, technology and systems. We simply do not accept as true the philosophy that there is just one way to solve a problem. Large practice management organizations have failed because they forgot that each practice is unique.
Medico is not a practice management organization. We provide you with a menu of available services. We believe that there are technological solutions to many problems. However each of those solutions must be balanced with an understanding of the people within the practice. It is not as easy as placing a computer on someone’s desk and expecting every problem to be solved. Instead we look for ways in which technology can be blended into your practice.
Medico also cannot be everything to everyone. Therefore we have developed strategic alliances with organizations and individuals to provide a specific ingredient that will complement or enhance our services.
